What we look for
- Genuine warmth — you like older people and it shows
- Reliability — families build their days around your arrival
- Experience with seniors, professionally or in your own family
- A valid driver's license and clean background check
- CA Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to obtain it (we'll walk you through it)
